Q :6 Why Ammonium ion is not electrophile ??

Reasoning Question Series
Q :6 Why Ammonium ion is not electrophile ??
Ans
Ammonia can not become electrophile due to octet rule violation.
because
Electrophiles are those species which want electrons to follow the octet rule
or to compensate the stability,
like H+ is electrophile which want one electron to become stable
but in NH4+ has completed it octet rule already
and ony more hydrogen is present in excess amount with Nitrogen.
thats why ammonium can not become electrophile
